NYAYAPATH is a registered charitable trust [Registration No. UP12/IV/03] that was constituted on 17th December 2002 for carrying out its objectives in an effective manner through various committees and sub-committees.

1. To promote legal awareness in society through customized education programs on beneficial aspects of laws including laws relating to environment, energy, biodiversity, information technology, data privacy and intellectual property;

2. To provide career counseling to students helping them to chose the career best suitable to their inherent skills and nature;

3. To provide free legal aid and assistance to indigent people including innovators, and creative artists from indigenous communities so that they can protect their intellectual property and preserve their traditional knowledge;

4. To conduct cultural and literary activities including resilience programs for wellbeing & work-life balance;

5. To conduct seminars and lectures by eminent people of various field for intellectual development of students;

6. To promote benefits of vegetarianism and sustainable agriculture in society for holistic health & wellbeing;

7. To publish pamphlets, periodicals and newspapers in India or outside for advancement of legal as well as intellectual property education, holistic wellness, digital literacy and culture.

NYAYAPATH is a volunteer based organization. Every volunteer or member of the organization is committed to provide services in the area of his expertise. For this purpose various committees have been formed as independent functional units.

WE have firm belief that every individual of our society has some inherent capabilities to serve the humanity but he requires timely guidance of experienced and optimistic individuals. In order to cater this need Nyayapath has formed a special body named Central Advisory Board. All members of this board are selected from amongst our honorary members.

OUR ultimate goal is to develop a society where honesty, truth and justice are admired and a sprit of oneness in all is flourished. Our Vision Statement is based upon a sloka of Neeti Shatakam written by a great Indian philosopher Bharitihari.
